At a press conference this morning, Dr. Yves Bolduc, the Minister of Health and Social Services, presented the working group report on the anticancer drug evaluation process. The working group, chaired by Mr. Léonard Aucoin, was established last December 7 to propose to INESSS authorities a framework for the more formal involvement of the Comité de l’évolution des pratiques en oncologie (CEPO) in evaluating the therapeutic value of anticancer drugs.
