On May 1, 2012, Yves Bolduc, Minister of Health and Social Services, tabled the INESSS Strategic Plan 2012-2015 at the National Assembly. This is the outcome of a process that saw contributions from INESSS management and staff as well as from their partners from the health care and social services network. The document defines where the organization would like to be and how it will get there.
