As announced earlier this week, the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) has become the one-stop communication point for pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers, both for drug pricing and administrative changes.

Today, the RAMQ is releasing a notice informing manufacturers of the rules and conditions that apply under the price indexation policy for drug products on the 2012 List of Medications.

To be considered admissible, price increase requests must be submitted to the RAMQ no later than January 10, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. For more information, check the manufacturer newsletter (in French only).
