Notices to the Minister

With each update of the stable blood products included in the Liste des produits du système du sang du Québec [blood products list], INESSS will publish a Notice to the Minister detailing the recommendations made to the Minister with respect to the products evaluated by INESSS, together with the reasons for accepting or rejecting a product.

Please note that, under the terms of the Act respecting the Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux, INESSS is required to publish the notices and recommendations it makes to the Minister in accordance with Section 5 of this Act. However, INESSS is also subject to the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. Compliance with the restrictions on the right of access stipulated in this Act means that some information must be redacted rather than published.

In the interest of enhanced transparency, INESSS intends to make public all information that it is allowed to publish.
