Contribution to the revision of norms and standards in youth protection: summary of the literature on good clinical and organizational practices
11-16-2020 | Jeunes et familles, Services sociaux généraux
In recent years, several changes have been made to the various ministerial standards and guidelines concerning access, continuity and quality of the services offered to young people in difficulty and their families. As a result of all these changes and several others, an in-depth review of the standards of practice in youth protection has become necessary. Among other aspects, MSSS would like these standards to be well defined, communicated and accepted in order to promote the optimal organization and delivery of services by the institutions and the various players involved.
INESSS has thus produced a state of knowledge document that allows for the identification of good clinical and organizational practices in youth protection in Quebec, Canada and internationally.
