a critical examination of clinical and organizational practices, with a special focus on interprofessional practices and on partnerships with users;
a review of the gaps between the norms/standards and current practices.
Identification in a team setting of potential avenues of action to improve the continuum of care and services provided to the public.
Development of an action plan for the implementation of priority actions.
